1. Cancellation Policy


You are free to cancel your premium subscription at any time. Here is how it works:



  • Immediate Effect: Cancellation will stop future billing cycles immediately.

  • Access Continues: You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

  • Platform Specifics: If you subscribed via Google Play or Apple App Store, you must cancel directly through your device settings.



2. Refund Eligibility


We offer refunds under specific circumstances to protect both our users and our creators:



  • Request is made within 48 hours of the initial transaction.

  • The content was purchased due to a technical error (e.g., double charge).

  • The content is proven to be defective or inaccessible.



Exceptions (No Refund):



  • If you simply changed your mind after reading a significant portion of the story.

  • Partial refund for unused days in a monthly subscription.

  • Subscriptions managed strictly by third parties (Apple/Google) where we lack billing control.



3. Processing Timeline


Once your refund request is approved by our team:



  • You will receive a confirmation email immediately.

  • The amount will reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.



4. Third-Party Stores


Please note: If you purchased a subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, MiniFM does not handle the billing directly. You will need to request a refund through their respective support pages as per their policies.
